Buyer Information:

The Buyer is the person who accepts this agreement by placing an order on the Labelish.co website. The contact and address details provided by the Buyer on the order form shall be taken as the basis.

2. Subject Matter

The subject matter of this Agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, concerning the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website, www.labelish.co.

3. Product(s) Subject to the Agreement

The type, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product(s) have been specified by the Buyer during the ordering process, and these details constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

4. Delivery of Products

The products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order via the designated shipping company. The delivery period, except for custom production situations, shall not exceed 30 days after the order is confirmed. Shipping fees and potential additional costs are stated separately on the payment screen.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are made via credit card, debit card, or secure payment infrastructures (iizico, etc.). Products will not be shipped until the payment transaction is completed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-produced products (which include personalized design, size, or print features). Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are regulated under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

For all other products, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. The condition for the return process is that the product must be unused and undamaged.

7. Product Return

Shipments made without obtaining return approval will not be accepted. The shipping cost for returned products shall be borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise stated by the Seller. The return address will be provided via email upon approval of the return request.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable if they fail to fulfill their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or pandemics.

9. Competent Court

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the location of the Buyer shall be authorized, provided they fall within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

10. Enforceability

By placing an order on the Labelish.co website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
