1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

• Debit Cards

• iyzico Buyer Protection System

• Bank Transfers (via iyzico supported options)

• Installment options (for eligible Turkish cards)

All transactions are encrypted and secured via iyzico’s PCI DSS-certified payment gateway.

2. Currency & Pricing

• All prices on our website are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) by default, unless another currency is selected.

• Prices include applicable VAT for Turkish customers.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes in their country.

3. Order Confirmation

• Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

• If your payment is pending or fails, your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Custom Orders & Payment

• For custom-made labels (woven, printed, cotton, leather, paper), full payment is required upfront before production begins.

• Because these products are made-to-order, cancellations after payment confirmation are not possible.

• Please review all design and order details carefully before finalizing payment.

5. Refunds & Payment Issues

• Refunds are only issued in the case of:

  • Production error on our part

  • Shipping a defective or incorrect item

• Refunds will be processed through the iyzico payment channel and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
